The Course Experience

This course is made up of 10 sections. You will be required to complete a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each section. Each section quiz should take less than 5 minutes to complete. You may take the section quizzes as many times as you wish at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. You may complete this course in a few short hours or over the course of several days - it is your choice.

Final Exam and Certificate Processing

After completing the 10 sections you will proceed to the final exam which is provided by Coordinated Court Services (CCS) - a third party monitoring agency. These questions are randomly selected from the 10 section quizzes. A minimum passing grade on the final examination is 80%.  You will have as many opportunities to pass the final examination as necessary. Note: CCS may charge an additional $5 prior to taking the final exam for their Identity Verification process - depending on the students choice for verifying their identity. Any questions related to the final exam identity verification process should be directed to CCS.

In Lake County your official certificate of completion (proof you passed) is sent electronically directly to the Court. You will receive an e-mail message, (if an e-mail address is provided during registration,) that confirms you have successfully completed the course, AND an e-mail message, (again, if provided,) to acknowledge that your official certificate of completion has been processed, (sent,) to the court.
