The Course Experience

This course is made up of 10 sections. You will be required to complete a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each section. Each section quiz will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You may take the section quizzes as many times as you wish at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Final Exam and Certificate Processing

After completing the 10 sections you will proceed to the final exam which is provided by Coordinated Court Services (CCS) - a third party monitoring agency. These questions are randomly selected from the 10 section quizzes. A minimum passing grade on the final examination is 80%. You will have as many opportunities to pass the final examination as necessary.

In Glenn County your official certificate of completion (proof you passed) is sent directly to the Court. You will receive an e-mail message, (if an e-mail address is provided during registration,) that confirms you have successfully completed the course, AND an e-mail message, (again, if provided,) to acknowledge that your official certificate of completion has been processed, (sent,) to the court.

*** Note: Glenn County requires the certificate to be recieved by the court on or before the due date. Please allow for plenty of time to complete the course AND for your certificate to arrive at the court by the due date. Generally, you should allow 5 to 10 days between completion and the due date. Glenn County is very strict regarding this requirement.
