Common logon errors occur by typing the letter "O" instead of the number "0"

Entering spaces in your drivers license number or case number

Entering your Date of Birth incorrectly - the correct format is MM/DD/YY for example - 01/01/82

If you entered your citation number during registration - enter the citation number in the case/citation number field - you must use the information you provided during registration.
